Susan Siemens, President: Susan has been in the financial industry for 24 years. Her most recent experience utilized her vast knowledge to assist families in planning for their future. Susan holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 in addition to the California Insurance License as well as her supervisory licenses (Series 4, 24, 9, and 10) with FINRA (NYSE and NASD.)

Ellen Field, Financial Advisor: Ellen’s financial services career spans 23 years. Her recent focus involves assisting families with government benefit planning as well as protecting client assets. Ellen holds the series 7, series 63 and 65 in addition to the California Insurance License. Ellen has her ChFC through the American College and the CRPC through the College of Financial Planning. She is a 1983 graduate of UCLA holding a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Ellen’s professional and personal life intersected due to a long term care need within her own family.

Katie Mannino, Southern California Regional Community Outreach Coordinator: Katie has worked for years in the field of marketing, continuously maintaining relationships with different types of facilities to ensure Siemens, Field & Associates, Inc. is meeting the needs of every client and their families. Katie holds her of Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Fresno State University, 2006.

Shayna Huff, Northern California Regional Community Outreach Coordinator:Shayna has worked for many years with seniors, senior organizations and senior healthcare facilities. She holds a CA Insurance License and has received her Bachelor of Science, Marketing degree from Fresno State University, 2005.
